The company Hijos de Salvador López, S.L. was established in 1940, arising from an ambitious family dream of bringing the original flavour of Pimentón de La Vera paprika to the culinary world. This has been our objective throughout our history and is the vision we have passed from one generation to the next.
Our production processes, from selection to drying and grinding, are meticulously executed in order to achieve the high quality aroma, flavour and colour stability that our customers have come to expect. This has enabled us to position ourselves as a renowned brand of culinary products, now available in 25 countries.

The quality of this product begins with a rigorous selection of peppers, dried using holm oak or oak wood to achieve an ideal dehydration, and subsequently ground. The paprika is then packed in an originally designed tin that perfectly preserves the flavour and aroma of the product. The LAS HERMANAS brand has the Protected Designation of Origin for Pimentón de La Vera paprika.

Our organic paprika came into being from a desire and need to nurture our land. Our organic peppers are grown without fertilisers or pesticides, which are harmful to the environment. We grow our peppers in a way that respects their natural cycle, which enables us to apply sustainable practices.

Our LOS EXTREMEÑOS brand marked the beginning of a family business, where tradition and artisan work are ever present. For generations, our aim has been to preserve the character and personality of this most traditional paprika.
