Our peppers are grown and dried in the district of Caceres, known as “La Vera”. They are dried in the traditional manner, using holm oak or oak wood, in a process that lasts between 10 and 15 days, depending on weather conditions.
Harvesting is done by hand in October and November. Our peppers are selected one by one and cleaned before packaging.
