Enjoy our Los Extremeños bittersweet Pimentón de La Vera paprika, made from a very special selection of dried peppers that create a balanced flavour between sweet and spicy. Ideal for a range of red meat, poultry, fish and vegetable dishes.
We use perfectly smoked La Vera peppers that have been slowly dried using the heat of oak and holm oak embers. They are then ground into the fine, delicious powder found in this 500 g format.
